I had been shopping for white marble subway tile in Los Angeles and it was very expensive. I was doing a kitchen backsplash in a historical home. Several people on GardenWeb forums mentioned this seller and their great prices. I found this site's customer service to be a five star service. They devoted time and energy to sending me a sample and telephone advice. The backsplash is beautiful and I did save money but not nearly as much as I thought I would. The shipping on this product was expensive. I had not realized how heavy the product would be, my fault. Of course, marble is heavy and expensive to ship. Also, the premium tiles at my local tile store were quite white and these had a lot of gray "wash" and gray veining with some being fairly white. Actually, I like these tiles better than the all or mostly white tiles for my application but buyers should be aware that, even after seeing a sample, colors vary tile to tile. I used one inch black and white marble tiles in a strip from Home Depot as a liner with the backsplash and love it. Great quality and wonderful customer service.
